Alright, I have not done fatsecret in a while because I strained my knee and have not been able to do anything. It is finally feeling somewhat better and I like to start over again. This week I am planning on just keeping track of what I am eating to pinpoint the trouble spots in my diet. Then I hope to see if I can do some light excerises (but this will depend on my knee). It is so frustrating having an injury because you just have to wait it out till it gets better. I figure if I can not excerise I can atleast concentrate on my diet. Till later.
