You are NOT going to believe what I did today! I am so very proud of myself :) Each year, for the past 5 years, I walk in a memorial road race for a man who died on flight 11 Sept 11th. I met his widow through the grief counselor that we both were seeing. Last year... when I was heavier, I made a deal with myself that I'd run the race this year. AND I DID IT! Its a 5K (3 miles) and while I had to run a while, walk awhile, I didn't give up and I finished it running though the line :) I came in 411 out of 433 people so I thought that was just fantastic!!!!
