gooooooooooood morning...took yesterday off...and only did 1764 in steps..lol....was hard not to go out an get on the stationary bike, but i decided a day off to rest was needed..and i went to bed early enough to get my 8 hours...still wakin up tired this morning...but lest i feel like going for my morning walk...waking up to 63 outside this morning so will be wearing a hoodie to keep the chill off...wore one couple of mornings ago when i did a morning walk an it was 66 that morning...temps thru the day have been in the 80s...todays plan is back to being on the exercise bike, and i need to cut an trim the yard, so it will be another full day of moving again...my plan is to also start doing crunches for 20 mins or so lest 2 times thru the day...get back into that habit...so easy to do them, just hard to get on the floor to work em out..had thought about buying a kettlebell, and doing workouts with one of them, but still thinkin about that...dont want to buy something an then not get the use outta it...well...need to get up an get dressed...so i can be headed out the door at 445am...get this morning walk over with and then get my first 45 min stationary bike over with before 7am...have a greatttttttttttttt day today everyone...be safe...
