When I changed from Medifast (not enough calories to exercise) I carefully added more meat & veggies for a week and then slowly added fruit 1x a day for the next week. I still have medifast for snacks and breakfast ( i have alot of product and it's easy) but I'm eating "real food" at lunch & dinner. I'm careful about carbs though, it raises my blood sugar and I don't want to gain back what I have lost. Have you been doing medifast long?
