CRUISE and the weight seems to be going up & down, but the motivation is still strong and I haven't had any cravings - despite chocolates, wine & mince pies all around. I CAN DO THIS!!!!!
Still finding it quite easy, will be much trickier with Christmas & holidays & all the people to see & all the parties to go to. But I CAN DO IT!
