So I have a possible knee injury. I had been told by a few people it was most likely a baker's cyst, I went to see my chiro since he is a doctor who can prescribe an MRI and I could see him faster than a primary care physician. He did muscle tests and stuff, checked my meniscus and cartilage which he said was fine, which leads him to thing the tendon is just huge and inflamed. Laying off of it has been very hard. Just got back to lifting today, but I could not do the full lifts that go into squats because of the inflammation still. Did some jump roping, rowing, pull ups, and rope climbs as well.
