Diario de rthomas, 30 jun. 10

Day 2 of the rest of my life... So I am still on track but I have to admit that last night at bowling I smelled the food and I was going crazy. I splurged and had half a snicker bar. My total caloric intake yesterday was 1900 calories. That is way under so I need to figure a way to bring it up a lil but with low fat content items... I think not drinking beer will alone help me lose some extra pounds. Time for some dried apricots... :)
