Happy to see the weight loss using keto. Last time I lost weight, I only recorded my losses. This had a hugely positive psychological impact on my success. Those weight increases, while inevitable are not helpful. While even a small downward track looks and feels good. Ignoring the bad days and focusing on the good is the easy psychological fix for scale trauma.
