Well, after a long spell of inactivity, I'm back, and I'm bigger. At least it's not "bigger than ever." I have let the dreaded evening snack become a mini-meal. I have watched my portions balloon on the things that I was controlling well, like meat. I am off-kilter on timing of meals, eating haphazardly instead of planning. On the plus side, no pun intended, I am still exercising regularly, although not quite at my original pace of everyday, but at least 4-5 times a week. Anybody with an encouraging word, I could use it!
