I have to say that I am happy with the scales this morning! After my scare on them last night, I did some floor exercises before going to bed! Haven't done them in a while, so I could feel the burn! Made me sleep like a baby! Or maybe it was being back in my own bed that made me sleep so well! ;) Geared up for a new week & ready to plan some meals. Wish me luck!
