Diario de loosinisfun, 26 abr. 08

DAY 326..DAY 8..GOOOOD MORNING FS AND EVERYONE ON IT!!!!! storm went thru last night wakin up to 50 outside..the cake mom made was a temptation and i gave into a piece of it..just couldnt help myslf..but todays a new day and hopefully she will give the rest away..an get it outta the house..or freeze it..an get it outta my site..gonna go for a morning walk at 6..an start adding more blocks onto my walk..i feel like i need to add onto my morning walk..ive walked the same route now for several months and i think its time to add more on..keep my body workin harder, keep giving it a challange..something thats hard for me to do somedays..more to come after my workouts..

got my morning walk in today..was a cooler morning today had to put a layer bck on today..i think it was like 45 this morning..i added a few more blocks on today..gonna start walkin that route..took me 56 minutes..so its about another 15 more minutes on my route ..i added blocks ahead of my usual walk..but i was surprised that i wasnt really wore out like i thought i might be..so thats a good sign that wont take that long to get use to it..then i came home and thoguth id take the day off from the gym..and just wait on the sun to get higher in the sky..might chase some more of them dandelions around the yard..shootin at them...with the weed killer...lol

NEW MINI GOALS !!!!

1. WATCH THE CARBS !!!!!
2 PUSH THE WORKOUTS, BUT NOT SO MUCH YOU HURT YOURSELF !!!!!
3. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
4. ONLY EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY !!!
5. TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORKOUTS,BEFORE YOUR BODY HAS TO TELL YOU !!!
6. 66 POUNDS GONE, AND 66 MORE TO DROP ALONG THE JOURNEY !!!

Ok, I'll forgive you on the cake thing.. if you'll forgive me on eating a brownie that my dear ole' aunt brought for me last night, lol... HOW was I to say no to her... and OMG, it was probably the best looking thing I'd ever seen... Surprisingly though, today... I don't want ANYTHING sweet! I feel blah and actually craved my sausage and egg... now I'm stuffed and can't even think about lunch! We'll just go on like this little slip up didn't happen, LOL... SSSHHHH...

You HAVE TO KEEP AWAY FROM THAT CAKE! I don't know that I can stand it, you and Lorik both "cheating" and I am stuck in a diet stall, and I haven't had any REAL CHOCOLATE since Christmas...., I don't even want to know what kind of cake YOU had. LOL Welcome back to the straight and narrow! :)

Did you save me a piece of cake? Oh, you mentioned it was chocolate - thank goodness it is not my favorite! Now Lemon or Key Lime....well that might have been hard to resist! For my after dinner "treat" tonight - I had four dried figs - yumm! LOL I had a pear with baked brie for dinner last night - now that WAS delicious!

Happy to say the cake is gone..mom put the rest in the freezer..and im glad..i did really good..only had 2 pieces about 1"x2" out of a 9x12 baking dish, so i didnt feel to bad..if it had been 11 months ago..i would of been eating lots more then that..so i thought i did great resisting...time to get bck into a routine again..got pounds to work off...lol
