Diario de onetoomanycupcake, 25 jun. 10

I keep an excel spreadsheet with my weight loss goals, and I always shoot for a 4 lb loss in two week periods. I weighed in at 161 this morning, so that means my next official weigh in I should be in the 150s!!!!! I haven't been in the 150s since graduating high school! Time to really kick it up to get there!!! YAY!!!
