You sound as if you are losing your motivation a little. I agree that it helps to set mini goals. It can be so overwhelming trying to lose so much. If you think, I need to lose 10lbs, then it seems like something you can do. That's what I try to do. Right now my goal is to get under 250lbs. It really makes it seem attainable and realistic. And to answer the question on your profile - YES - I have been honest about my weight. I figured that's the only way for me to get real about it! You're going to do great. Just rethink your expectations.
