Yesterday I did OK except for snacking on some cookies I made for my husband. Learning to drink more water and like it. No diet pepsi in the house so I have replaced it with ice water. Today maybe get on the bike. roasting a turkey for my husband as he didn't get any leftovers from Thanksgiving. Also have to cook for church tonight.
