Well I went over on Carbs today (52) But if there is an upside I did it pretty healthy. Ok the 1/2 flour tortilla wasn't so good but I had a veggie sandwich at my favorite deli on 100% whole wheat! I am very low on calories today as well. We had chicken for dinner and I don't really care for chicken. I am going to try and eat some beef jerkey and maybe a carbmaster for a snack later on to try to get the calories up a bit !
