Got my butt kicked at the trainer today.... it was really hard for some reason~ I WAS feeling good today, but now I am pooped! I did 30 mins of cardio before like I always do, and we did a "pulling" session today (don't ask me what the heck pulling is vs pushing~ it all feels the same to me!) and I burned about 750 cals~ so maybe that's it. Anyway~ off to nap. My dogs will be thrilled...LOL I hope everyone has a wonderful today and tomorrow! You are all so inspiring to me~ I love this website!
