DAY 323..DAY 5 OF ATKINS..GOOOOD MORNING FS!!!!!..55 outside, and i have to take a day off from exercising..but on the bright side..suppose to be in the 70s again today..gonna cut grass and weed eat that will be my exercise for the day..cant believe how much energy i have these days...i use to have to lay down in the afternoons and take a nap cause i was just to tired to go the whole day without one..but now i only lay down occasionally, and its usually if the protein level gets to low and i dont catch it fast enough to know what the problm is..the protein shake mix i use...is the best that i have found..less sugar then most and more protein then any i have found..anytime i hear of something i always compare it with what i drink, havnt found anything any better...i drink pro complex and your suppose to use 2 scoops, sometimes i do , and sometimes as it gets closer to the end of the bottle i go down to one..to make it last till i get more..fast way of gettin protein in you..especially after a workout or when your feelin run down..well hope everyone has a great day...and keep that body moving...in the end its gonna pay off beyond your wildest dreams...

I just looked at the label: Calories 270 Calories from Fat 10 Total Fat 1g Saturated Fat 0.5g Trans Fat 0g Cholesterol 20mg Sodium 250mg Total Carbohydrate 5g Dietary Fiber 2g Sugars 1g Protein 60g I love my Metabolic Reset Vanilla... here is the label to compare: Calories 130 -- Calories from Fat 10 Total Fat 1 g 1%* Cholesterol 2 mg 1% Total Carbohydrate 13 g 4%* -- Dietary Fiber 7 g 26%* ---- Soluble Fiber 4 g -- Sugars 1 g Protein 21 g It does not have as much protein, but it does have more fiber and the same sugar. I only use one scoop to prolong the lasting of it. I love it! You're doing AWESOME!! Keep up the great work... enjoy that nice day you'll have today... we get more rain! lol

i use skim milk...8oz or you can use water..but the milk is better

I mix with 1 cup of ff milk, 1/4 cup 80 cal dannon lite ff yogurt, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp natural p. butter, 1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp Flax oil and one scoop of Metabolic Reset Vanilla powder. Yumm-a-licious! =D
