Diario de desifink, 21 jun. 10

Good run today - went early to avoid the heat and it was actually almost cool at 7:30 this morning with a nice breeze (not unusual to be hot, humid, and sticky already at that hour here in FL). Took advantage of the nice conditions to do the long loop (5 miles) and ran most of the time, walking just to recover down to about 80% before starting up again. Have a trip to the UK coming up in a few weeks and I'd like to lose at least 10 more pounds before the trip so I can go "closet shopping" - I have a lot of nice work clothes that I can't wear because they're too small.
