hmmm, i've stayed on induction for 3 weeks.... i lost a bit of weight at the beginning but now i have stalled for almost a week now- i can't figure out what it is...that is causing the stall i'm religious about following the rules and accebtable food list. And I have a physical job- which helps me burn calories/ carbs.
Can you stall on induction?

Tomorrow, i will exercise by doing some biking. Maybe that will kick start my metabolism, to get the pounds rolling off.

watch ur cheese intake, any artificial suger intake, exercise a bit more, and cut down on caffeine (which can slow ur weightloss), and cut down on diet sodas...if even drinking any...these were just a few of my problems and when I began monitoring them I saw weight loss again...hope it helps and good luck to you!
