Diario de Gallimh, 18 jun. 10

Just back from a 2 mile walk. Man, it's freakin' hot out there! I'm glad I was able to walk without pain today. The so-called "run" the girls took me on last Tuesday ended up being a 6 mile half-walk-half-run tortuous event. LOL I felt crippled afterwards!! Took me until today to recover. Man, I'm a wuss. Mind you, for a total newbie, 6 miles in 90 mins was pretty good going! :-D

So I bought a new set of runners lastnight as I started getting a blister during Tuesday's run and figured it might be the shoes I was wearing. Turns out they have one of those little compartments for the ipod/nike tracker thingy (No clue what you call it). So I've ordered one and can't wait to try it out... LOL anything to motivate me to walk/run!! :-)
