another wasted day, work won't give me an assignment, I can't transfer to another unit, can't do a lateral transfer out of my classification (no openings) ...no wonder I'm gaining again, stress and to much available for "comfort". maybe I should retire, I'm vested and this situation isn't doing me any good.

I'm having 'issues' where I work also :-( but can't retire yet and even when I do it will be tight (no retirement no pensions). Hope all works out for you.

one day at time....but damn, all my experience doing my job is being squandered, that what irks me, comfort munchies at work not good but are always on my mind...BAD JERRY, STOP THINKING ABOUT M&M'S, PENUTS, ETC...

NOW YOU GOT ME THINKING ABOUT PENUTS! I hope the mind quiets, I hate the nonstop thinking about what I am going to eat, but the thinking about what I am not going to eat is worst.
