Diario de Mamagurg, 17 jun. 10

I have been extremely irritated over the last week an half, and my weight, caloric intake and mood are suffering for it. I can't put my finger on it, not one thing is to blame, I am irritated about everything. I am not making very good food choices and I am extremely high on some calories being taken in. Some how I have to get back on track, I don't know if its because my group is over or what, I have my husband on the band wagon with me but I am still falling short. Yesterday I did the weekly weigh in and I was up 2.8lbs then I got sick in the afternoon, didn't eat much for dinner. This morning I weighed my self and lost 3, I don't get it. The weekend is upon me and it's a holiday weekend to boot I see too many calories in my future. I gotta think of something. Wish me luck.
