This being my 9th day on my diet finds me down 6 pounds, walking every day and very proud of my self. I think every other diet I've tried failed because I was hungery, today i am not it seems like it always time to eat again. Having this site is the best,just reading other post are very encouraging. Looking forward to thinner days.
