Thanks for the support! I started on a Ketogenic diet yesterday and lost 1.5kg overnight 😱- don't know if it's water perhaps. I saw a Integrated Health Practitioner who tested me and found I am allergic to wheat. She gave me the diet, and it's yum! Basically it consists of 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 20% fat, and for me cutting out all wheat products. No bread! 😢 but so far I do not miss it, and my stomach problems disappeared overnight as well! Will try and remember to post pics of meals and snacks. Strongs you all! 💪🏻
