Diario de videobiker, 19 feb. 19

Back to work! First day back yesterday. Got a lot of "you look skinny". Lost a lot of muscle tone over 6 weeks and I did NOT eat a lot of junk. Started working out again but can only do legs and Left arm...very light right arm. Have to be patient.
