I weighed in at 186.4 today 😔 I’ve REALLY slacked lately and I’m feeling terrible mentally and physically so it’s time to get back on my grind!! I just wanna let everyone know if you’re not drinking enough water, your weight loss will take a hell of a lot longer than it should. And that will make you feel like you’re failing.. so make sure you’re drinking half your body weight in OUNCES a day!

For example: I weigh 186, so I need to drink 90oz a day, for now.

It seems like it’ll be hard and it’s not easy, but if you get a good size cup and a straw it’s MUCH easier. Especially if you use the little MIO drink flavor enhancers..
