I feel really gross and am tired of being this big sometimes my addiction to sugar over powers that and I lose hope. next thing I know I'm binging and then I feel even worse after

I plan for three days of no sugar, no rice, no pasta, no beans, no flour, no cereal, no bread. I eat big salads with meat and salad dressings with 1 carb or less per serving. I eat chicken with the skin on. I eat pork, bacon, beef, fish. I eat broccoli and green beans and put butter on them. I eat eggs. I eat pork skins, after three days my cravings are manageable and I an satisfied. When I want to eat something sweet, I think about how I feel right now and how I felt after my last binge.
