Today is pretty much the same as yesterday. No cycle or gym because I'm giving my legs a much needed rest. The downside to having two rest days will show this weigh-in, plus I have also upped my cal intake & have also been drinking cals in the form of cup a soup & squash (both not recorded due to USA database).

Today I cycled to the gym after two days rest(ish) & what a day it is. A beautiful cloudless winter day was sign of things to come. I had a fantastic cycle & an even better cardio workout apart from Henry that is.
As I'm getting closer to my goal & folk are commenting & especially the gym trainers about my gaol is far too low & I'm nearly at my ideal weight now, I'm now finding that I'm starting to relax & think about food more. BUT I will stick to my original goal as planned!
