My buddy killed a deer. I officially support hunting. Game meat is delicious and eco-friendly. I seared this venison steak medium rare in cast iron and sauteed leeks while it rested, topped with fresh fennel. I steam-bagged the cauliflower rice.

Tash, don't worry. Bambi was a fawn. It appears Snakey ate her father. I hear he was a drunk anyway. The family will be better of without him.

I fully support hunting, but do not like the flavor of deer meat. That looks great though!!

Pheasant when we used to have more of it around was great so is rabbit. I love the dark meat! I have never been a fan of venison much unless it is doe and corn fed! Ill stick to cattle and chicken mostly ! I admit your meal looks very appealing!

Just kidding. I’m no vegan and Bambi’s father does look delicious. I’m glad that the cook did him justice here.
