Great job! Just a tip, though, I was finding that I ran out of steam mid-afternoon. I found that having some protein about then perked me back up. I had to find a new gauge for when I need to eat since I don't get hungry any more on this diet. My energy level is my indicator now. :) Hope this helps.

A fresh start!!! Sometimes that is what we need to do!! I have gone back to phase 1 for a few days or week & I have had week's that I fast 1 day. Just things to mess with my bodies mind!!!! You have done such a wonderful job! From 375 & you are so very close to getting under that 300 now!! I'm pullin' for you & I have confidence that you are going to get to your own personal GOAL!!

thanks sararay..i noticed that today after my workouts..i didnt drink a protein shake after workout today and about 130 i was thinkin .. noow might be a good time for some protein...so guess im gonna have to start drinkin them again on a daily basis..
