Just started back up. I was deemed pre diabetic and have been cheating a bit from depression. Finally started going to the gym again too.
I was doing massive amounts of OT which was not helping with the dieting or exercising, or the losing weight from the 2 of them. All my mind was on was MONEY. I guess that's how it goes, right? Starting Sunday I go back to doing the OT, but I'm not going to do AS much. I was doing 4 hours after work. Phew, I'd get home, take a shower, feed the cats, and I was out like a light. I'm going to do half that, so I have some time to myself, and so I can cram the gym into it after work. I want to be at 149.8 by 11/18.
