I'm revising my goal. The plan is to pay myself $5 if I eat minimum junk (one treat <200cal allowed). HOWEVER! This will only work for weight loss if I control portions. yesterday I technically kept to my goal but I had seconds of yummo butter chicken. that's not going to work now, is it?!
so new goal is minimise treats and sensible portions =$5 per day for my clothing fund 😁
