Grrrr. Even with exercise I was way over. If I had a smaller lunch and the opportunity to exercise more I think I could have made my goal for today. I was really proud of the fact that when I did my cardio on the exercise bike tonight I did 7.81 mi in 30 minutes. I might have hit 8 mi if I hadn't slowed down a little towards the end to allow myself a cool down. I like doing cardio- especially on the exercise bike, stair stepper not so much. This time I improved my overall speed a lot. (The last time I did a 30 min workout I only did 5.65 or so mi.) I feel a little down based on the RDI end statement, it makes the cardio seem almost insignificant. Cognitively I know this isn't the case because burning 300 or so cal is a big difference. Had I not done that I would have been even further out of range from my target RDI. Considering that tomorrow I won't be having a 800 calorie burrito for lunch it will probably be easier to stay in range of my target. Though good girls points to me for eating lots of veggies today!!! I'm quite sure that I got my 5 a day today. Yay! :P
