goooooooooood morning everyone..gettin ready to go for a morning walk....back from a morning walk..76 outside, with a heat index of 82...just a bit humid...lol...shirt looks like i took a shower in it...but got another morning walk over with an todays plan is to try an beat yesterdays steps...its also detox day...clean out the system of all salty things, that tasted so good over the last few days...i have a really bad habit of eating salt when im just to tired to care...even though i had salad for supper..i was just so hungry an had a chicken patty sandwich...after i finished it..layed on the bed to watch tv...fell asleep watchin tv..guess i was tired...woke up around nine an turned it off an went back to sleep...been waking up around 330am and just layin in bed till 4 or so...so im feelin rested...an ready to go at it once again...scales are smilin even though i had a salty meal right before bed last night so il just continue to drink my water...and detox out any left over salt ...gonna cool off for a few an then go out an ride that stationary bike for 30 min...looks like another day of spotty showers...an a humid day...have a greattttttttt day everyone...keep it movin...
