well, I love this diet, I have to say. There is something I'd like to add to the mix of understanding, that may help others on diets. First off, this flutuation is the bodies way to keep you safe. Remember that when yu stick to the diet and nothing happens for awhile, even a gain! EEEps. Happened to me. But honestly, if you are being good and sticking to it, the fat does drop off.

Here's a little bit of practical info. Sorry to be graphic but it indicates fat is being ejected. Your poop floats! Yep! That is fat from your body or intestine. I think it means you are shedding fat, cause when mine does, I drop weight. Just a little tidbit of info. *blushes*
