goooooooooood friday morning...another day another workout...so humid outside this morning...kept up an movin yesterday ...over 31,000 in steps..hopefully do another day like that today..just got home from a morning walk..an headed out to ride that bike in a few..need a set of glasses with a movie inside to make me think im riding a trail somewhere...take some of the boredom out of it..music just doesnt seem to do it anymore..lol...rain is suppose to be comin thru next few days..along with heat index over 100...well...need to get up an moving..want to get half my workouts over with before lunch...less to do in the afternoons when im outta the mood an its just to hot to be out...have a greatttttttttt day everyone...

been gettin showers off an on all day..spotty showers from the humidity..but bike to no where is under a roof outside...so can watch it rain for a different view...lol..

I'm glad you're feeling better Mike...! 31,000 steps....holy smokes that about 6 miles...!! Good work! I got in quite a hike today - not 6 miles...but prob 3 of rugged terrain...was gorgeous walking along the coast...Have a great night...! huggggies

last step count is 34,955 for today ..my all time high..16 miles..butt is sayin thats it for the day..regardless of how much you got in...lest you was up an movin...better then sittin on a couch an just thinkin about it...any exercise is better then none...way to go on the hike...up an down hills is a great workout..an a different one as well...

I was assuming feet...hence, the six mile distance...but I suppose a step is really a stride...yep...I'd say you had a successful day...!!
