HELP!!!!! I'm spinning out of control!!! I'm losing my grip on my diet and I'm afraid that I will regain what I have struggled the past 3 mo. to lose. Motivation needed!!

You can DO it! It is definitly a lifelong process. I ate at a chinese buffet last night and stuffed my face. I am back to eating healthy today. There are going to be times when we all cave and treat ourselves. Just jump right back on it and never feel like you are defeated! It is all a part of the process -- it's a very important learning process too :) You are strong and you will pull through this phase. Pride yourself on being successful thus far and that will definitely give you the motivation. This website is awesome too :)
