goooooood mornin everyone...just wakin up ...gettin ready to head out an ride the bike to no where..slept thru my morning walk..after sleepin most of the day yesterday was hard to go to sleep last night...but finally did...on the upside..feeling so much better today...guess that bug that tried to slow me down gave up an moved on to someone else...im glad..im tired of sleepin so much...todays plan is to get back into the exercise routine as much as i can...weather man is callin for more rain...o boy...lol...well need to get up an get my first ride in...have a greatttttttttt...day everyone...
