Diario de Toni Bourlon, 21 ene. 19

Well, I got a 3-day weekend due to the University I work at being closed for MLK Day. I didn't do any tracking or exercising (beyond shopping, LOL) on Saturday or Sunday, but I managed to get both in today. I got some cleaning done, some work on houseplants, and a 45 minute workout on the elliptical! I also went over on the calories quite a bit, which is why the elliptical workout is about 10 minutes longer than normal. My Dr. said weight loss is 90% diet & 10% exercise. I keep thinking it's more 80/20, but then again I'm not as young as I used to be. Thought for today is below, that last word is "antidepressant."
