Ok, so the scales didn't budge again today - 4th day in a row! I had to look back @ my progress & saw that I have averaged 3lbs. weight loss per week in the 5 weeks that I have been dieting. Now, if you look @ it that way - that's great! I am determined to stay on track! The scales will drop soon! :D
