Hello Everyone,
I just weighed in, it's not what I was expecting but....it is what it is. Maybe I'll do better next week. I was going to stay on induction for 2 more weeks but I have made up my mind that I am going get off induction starting today. Today I am going to add the wraps and the low carb candy. I know that I'm not getting enough carbs and this could be the reason that I am not losing the weight as fast as before. Yesterday I didn't have any carbs so I'm not doing the diet correctly. I am going to try harder to add more carbs. I am probably working against myself when I don't have the right amount.
I hope everyone is doing well with their diets. I going to JC Penny tomorrow to try on those size 12L again to give me another boost! Thanks guys for your posts, you will never know how much I need your suppot too.

hay mandie thank you so much for friending me and i know it is going to be a struggle i got on the scale and i weigh the same as i did last night arggg i would hope i dropped but i think its fluid too. im drinking alot of water and im going to the bathroom like crazy any way i also walked 2 miles today too and i know that will help too. love shelly.

ps im also trying to put my excercise back in to my routine as ive been out of sorts with a bad shoulder and im on pain killers too for it so i know it could be partly the meds too is to whyim not loosing easly and im on depokote er and i know that it puts weight on as a side effect but im so not blmaeing just the meds either its partly my fault too any way if you can send me encouragement every day cause i soo need it love shelly.
