Kinda proud of myself, now...just did a full 30 minutes on that hateful stationary bike. My heart is pumping, and I've worked up a fairly decent sweat...and as an aside, I know for a fact I could not have lasted that long a year ago. Don't think I'll ever love that bike, but it just might get the job done for rainy days like today :-)
