I'm up 2 pounds,it was expected though because I haven't been eating healthy evening meals and I didn't exercise yesterday. I have to somehow find the motivation to stick to the menus I've planned that are portioned and WW points counted. I'll get there just gonna take time. Someone told me I didn't put this weight on in a day,and I won't lose it in a day either.
