Went running yesterday in a pseudo-interval style. Only went a hair over a mile but I do in in a walk-jog-sprint-jog-walk fashion. The sprints are killer! Today is grass cutting and remodeling projects! It's supposed to storm today so I'd best get going before it starts! Happy Sunday all!
