Had a very productive day !!! Although I never seem to find time to exercise I’m always doing something! Today I was demolishing a large cupboard at my mums ( hammer drill and brute force needed) been to the tip , did my weeks shopping and cleaned out my fridge , and cooked dinner gammon egg and homemade chios(SW style) . Day 4 - and I haven’t mentioned day 4 of no smoking!!!!! Happy days 😃
