First attempt to make Keto bread)) sooo goood🤤🤤🤤 3g net carbs in 100g, but.. 476 kcal!!! 476 F.CKING KCAL! It’s more than in cake!!! But I will definitely make it once again but next time as sweet-sour lemon loaf🤤🤤🤤

Heh, I always wondered why people make keto versions of carby foods since I thought people did keto to make a calorie deficit easier and now I hear they are also higher in calories. I don't get it.

Guys, I’ve already shared the recipe twice))) Once again: 7 eggs 90g melted butter 30g coconut oil 240g almond flour 1 tsp baking powder 0.5 tsp xanthan gum 0.5 tsp salt Beat eggs with salt to fluffy foam, add oil and butter, beat once again. Add soda, xanthan gum and almond flour. Bake at 355F for 40-45 minuts)

all the keto breads are high in calories... so i try to make them only when I absolutley need bread! But this looks gorgeous *drool*

Pixie68, you‘re right, because it contains almond flour and butter or oil... but I use this bread mostly as a dessert, with sweet cream cheese)

My daughter made some and it was very good. I tried to make my share last over some days and learned it should be refrigerated if not eaten soon (I spoiled a slice). Guess I should have realized.

If you want a piece of bread why not just buy a loaf of thin sliced whole grain bread like Orowheat or Dave’s Killer Breads make. One slice 60-70 calories and delicious..

Anything home made does not have preservatives in it so must be either made in smaller quantities and eaten within a day or so or you have to freeze it or at least refrigerate it.

Kenna Morton, after, I like Orowheat bread) and yeah, everything made from scratch at home will be much healthier than from the grocery. I definitely know what in it.
