Gained .2 of a pound and that is ok, who knows where the gain comes from? I have been watching the weight and rode the bike for one hour yesterday but feel that it could be a number of reasons and I am not going to think about it as I have been good on the old diet. Slow down my eating as every 2 mouth fuls I will then take a minute break and not eat for a whole minute and take 5 minutes between the dinner and then dessert. I really eat far too fast and I think slowing down will be good, plus the other thing an hour a day of aerobic training, plus maybe 15 minutes per day of weight training.
