well today I was starting to get discouraged about my diet and I almost wanted to quit. But instead I decided to have my husband look at the scale and let me know if I had lost any without telling me how much. so ofcourse all he told me was that I lost some and that is just what I needed to get back to the point were I needed to be. anyways I guess I had better do my exercise now so i'm gonna go. talk to you all later.

Good tactics. Exercise is the best way to kill those thoughts of quitting.

When you feel like quitting, post an entry or pm somebody & talk about it. Remember we're all on your side and want you to get to your goal! Sounds like you're doing well - keep it up!
