Diario de anicolet, 23 ago. 07

Well its been a busy week again didn't get out of work either days on time which ment no workout. did ok eating yesterday I had some fries which I immedialty regretted. Today I got up and did boot camp and 25 min on treadmil 17 running and abe work. I wish I could say I feel better but I think its time to see the doctor, did you ever realize something is not right with your system but you can't pin point it. I became sick to my stomach before i even hit a mile running (have pt test in a month) Whatever it is I think is holding the weight on. Ive been pretty good and workout out when ever I can and Iam staying the same. I hate doctors but I guess its time to find out whats going on. I have been watching my portions and if I do eat something I shouldn't (fries) I monitor how many I have. I know Iam eating much healthier then I had from April til now. Any suggestions

You rock when you work out!! That boot camp work out sounds interesting. How long have you been feeling funky? Maybe it's a stomach virus or maybe it's the natural flora in your stomach out of wack? I hope you feel better...

If you cannot pinpoint it, your right it's time to check in with the doctor. It could be nothing, but its better to be safe. Sometimes, your body will naturally hit a plateau. You just have to keep slugging away and making all the right choices, eventually it will cry Uncle and reward you with more weight loss. Also, remember that muscle weighs more than fat. So, that could be another reason you aren't seeing a big change on the scale. I hope you feel better!
