Diario de timshel, 22 ago. 07

Yesterday did not go according to plan.. at all. Heh. Instead of the walk, we got invited to a "All of our Husband's are gone, let's through a Pic-Nic!" deal. & for the first half hour I was good and snacked at the veggie tray. But then it went downhill from there. I eneded up having one alcoholic beverage (which.. was most likely loaded with sugar, it tasted sooo good), and a few chips w/ salsa, BBQ chicken, and I had a bite of Heidi's baked macaroni and cheese. Mmmm... Carbs! Lol. Luckily, I didn't gain anything (which is very surprising). Still feel very guilty. So, today I'm being extra good. ;)

Breakfast: two egg scramble with onions, yellow, orange, and red peppers. Coffee with splenda

Snack: cottage cheese, LF

Lunch: Sugar free red bull, 1 c. steamed veggies

Dinner: Steak, side salad w/ vinegar and olive oil
